Solar water heater system protection cover made of fire-retardant block out PVC with bungee cord binding

We can make solar water heater system protection cover, either for winter protection of heaters installed on homes for summer use only, or for total or partial shielding of heaters located in areas of high solar impact, where it is necessary to mitigate the production of hot water or protect the system from excessive temperature.

Our solar water heater system protection cover are made of 720 gr/sqm Precontraint PVC, with total shielding by means of internal filter for total block out, class 2 Italian outdoor fireproof cerification (England/France: M2; Germany: B1), U.V. resistant.

The available colors for this PVC are white and vanilla, the latter being more suitable in homes located in rural locations, where wind-blown soil is less visible once laid on the roof itself.

The standard mode of production is with perimeter drop rib equipped with aluminum eyelets on the edges and strong elastic cords with hooks. Application is quite simple, and to reduce/enlarge the part of the panel exposed to the sun, simply unhook the elastics related to the relevant part unwind/roll the sheet and rehook the elastics.

The PVC used to make these solar water heater system protection cover is among the top commercially available, if well maintained, even with washing 1/2 times a year it can safely last more than 10 years.

Solar water heater system protection cover are not available ready-made, given the many existing solar water heater sizes on the market, we only make to specific sizes provided by the Customer.

Elatic ropes already including hooks are always provided.

The processing is carried out by radio frequency welding.

The cost of realization is a function of size, for example, a panel cover having dimensions of 102x194x7 cm (L1xL2xH) has a cost of Euro 102,00 including VAT, excluding shipping.
