Info Refunds for products sold on Orero Lab
- Warranty and commercial compliance
1) The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on this site, offered for sale as ready-made products also as sample stock, including non-conformity of the items to the products ordered, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.
2) If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer, i.e., any natural person acting on the website for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out, the Legal Guarantee of Conformity on a product, the terms of which are established by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no.206/2005), shall operate when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within the period of two years (24 months) from the delivery of the good. The lack of conformity that manifests itself within this period must be reported by the buyer within 2 months from the date of its discovery.
3) In the case of a purchase made by a business or within the scope of a professional activity by requesting the issuance of an electronic invoice, the warranty is valid for 12 months.
4) The buyer who wishes to exercise the right of Legal Warranty shall notify the seller by communication to the email address acquired when purchasing the product itself or by making use of the contact form on the Contact Page.
5) In case of non-conformity, the purchaser who has entered into the contract as a consumer shall have the right to obtain the restoration of the conformity of the products without charge, either by repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract with respect to the disputed goods and the consequent refund of the price paid.
6) All return costs for defective products will be borne by the seller.
7) The customer must accept the proposal to send by courier proposed by the seller, in case the seller has one to propose at a more advantageous and less burdensome cost for himself. In the event that this facilitated cost exists and the buyer decides of his own free will to make the return by means/manner/courier other than what the seller proposes, the seller may retain from the return the difference in the costs incurred burdened in excess.
- Right of Withdrawal
1) In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 days in accordance with Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products.
2) In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer in one order and delivered separately, the 14-day period shall run from the date of receipt of the last product.
3) The purchaser who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase may give notice to the seller by making an explicit statement, indicating the order number, date of purchase, name and surname of the purchaser himself, using both the contact form on the contact page of this website, as well as a communication to the email address acquired during the purchase of the product itself. Alternatively, the purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal by transmitting the model withdrawal form, properly filled out, as per Annex I, part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 not mandatory, downloadable in PDF format from the Downloads page, and sending it to the email address acquired during the purchase of the product itself or forward it as an attachment in the contact form present on the Contact Page.
4) Goods must be returned or shipped to: Bagnato Teloni di Floriano Bagnato - Via Alessandria n.7, 73055 Racale (LE).
5) The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the seller will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Transportation costs related to the return made shall be borne by the buyer.
6) As provided in Article 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the seller may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods and verification of their integrity and correspondence to the sale shipment.
7) The right of withdrawal will not apply in the event that the products purchased on Orero Lab or from Bagnato Teloni di Floriano Bagnato are included in the categories of art. 59 of D. Lgs 206/2005, or in the event that certain products are explicitly indicated as "used for display" with any slight signs of wear and tear and therefore explicitly sold as not new, or in the event that they have been made as a result of specific order subject to a contract of realization on demand, or when for the realization of the product the seller has also engaged economically with third parties for the acquisition of materials and/or services in order to execute the contract of realization on demand.
8) Orero Lab will make the refund using the same means of payment agreed with the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund.
